Haven't gained, haven't lost. I'm tired of this plateau. I recalculated my RDI, but FS just dropped it by 200 kcals. I've gotta up my exercise. I have really been slacking on this lately.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feeling. Still, you weigh three pounds less than you did a few weeks ago. When you start losing again your weight will probably drop very fast in a short while. Bodies behave oddly, and weight loss will occur in fits and starts. That can be frustrating, but if you control your calorie intake your weight will come down, eventually by a lot.
