Well...the numbers don't lie. I was a more lax about my eating and workouts this week and I didn't lose much. But I did lose. This week i've learned that ff yogurt is a trigger for me. I need a bit of fat to feel full. Peanut butter is a mainstay. This week I want to try a different nut butter to mix it up. This is a journey not a race...
