After my first session with my personal trainer I was physically exhausted for days. This week I feel invigorated and ready to go! I think that I need more gym clothes though because if I'm actually going to go to the gym with regularity, I need to have something to wear!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
