Finally dropped all that sodium bloating weight. I don't cook with a lot of salt but going out to eat makes things tricky. So happy to finally see dropping numbers!
40.1% body fat
172.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
