fat 18.1% = 12.8kg (-0.7kg)
water 53.7% = 38.0kg (+0.5kg)

Relying on calories burned at the gym to offset unmeasured eating. 0.7kg of fat loss is one and a half pounds (three quarters of a pound a week).
156.1 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
