wow I am all stoked! OK how did I do it. well simple really. we got active. eat healthier meals. and finally went to the gym for 1.5 hrs each day. yeah that's how. I am so happy with our results. working out and I mean really getting on the bikes for twenty min then elliptical. some weight lifting. and eating right. after seeing results like this I hope to not brake from this change. we have had fun. the gym we attended is free at our local community center. I really suggest all the above I just wrote. just like that country song says. I'm going to change My ways of doing things around here I'm turning over a new leaf. . Oh and I still had my chocolates. but only one at a time each day. coffee minimum sugar. I am happy.
