I don't know how accurate this weigh in is. as I had been up for 29 hours, just got home from work, and am possibly dehydrated. Still a loss is a loss and if it fluctuates some later that's OK
311.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 126.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
