Haven't been on here in a while. LIFE gets in the way of getting online.. After a setback over the holidays, I am back on track at 150.2 lbs..
Goal is 125lbs by August 1.
At the moment, I am watching what I eat. Trying to keep the protein and fibre intake high and minimize the carbs.. Also being careful about the timing of when I eat certain foods. I find that carbs in the evening really slow down my metabolism but I can still eat them for lunch and have enough time throughout the day to burn the calories... Also still trying to get in 2 litres of water each day... I have discovered that sparkling water really helps to ease cravings for sweet things...
I am hoping to get back into the swing of recording everything I eat to help me keep on the straight and narrow...

150.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
