Lost half a pound!

Had my first dairy since before the cleanse and it was so satisfying, especially having so much protein right after a workout. But too sweet... must buy plain Greek yogurt and blood orange preserves so I can make it as sweet as I like.

Slowly easing back into food this time, instead of jumping back into old habits, and happy to see results. It'll be a slow procession to my goal, but slow and steady wins the race, right?
146.8 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

slow and steady wins the race - yup that is my funda too. Be gentle but focused. Don't overdo things, avoid injuries and enjoy workout :)
