What was different this week? I had decided at the beginning of the week to knock my calorie count down to 1400-1600 and apparently every time I do this whether i change it here or just in my head, i feel this subconscious need to go above that number! I think there was only one day that i was less than 1600. and that was still ovre 1400. So I'll go back to 1900. hmm how can i make this work for going to the gym? I'm was planning to go yesterday but now i'm thinking maybe not . . .
175.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
