Good Morning Dear Diary, It's a very rainy day. We are on track to be the WETEST February in history here in the State of Washington ( S.W. ) It's been defiantly a challenge to get outside to go for my walks, but I have enough exercise equipment inside to make my workouts happen. I lost 1.0 lbs this week. Slow but sure will win this weight loss battle for sure. Well, it's that time of Morning. Time for my Mocha and then get my day started. Until next week.
