I got so much done this weekend because I finally had some energy! I must be entering ketosis. I started 3 or so weeks ago eating low carb, but not actually counting all the carbs. I started feeling better (but still lacked energy). This last week I started keeping strict track of my macros, aiming for net carbs under 20g and at least 89% fat. Protein fills in the rest. Now I'm feeling so good!
317.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
