do not know if the weight is right...but with the cast on i broke 170...yeeeeeaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh...tried to weigh with the cast off and could not balance...
169.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
