I normally weigh in on Mondays, but I won't have access to my scale this monday, so I went ahead and weighed in today.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks. I was stuck in the 197 range for a few weeks. I'm hoping my body is ready to start losing again.
