well the weight is slightly up but its that time of the month. Anyway I started a weight bet with a friend. going to the end of Feb. Who ever loses the most by then is the winner and the loser buys lunch.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
