BS 101. I'm following lchf, woe but about 2 weeks, I've really craved some carbs, so I gave in and ate them. It brought my bs up a little, but I'm back on track. No high sugar carbs, just crackers and some fried potatoes. Haven't stepped on the scale since last week or so. I'm pretty much in auto when it comes to eating. I instinctively know what is taboo and I avoid it. I do not crave high sugar carbs thankfully. An occasional orange or banana, or my downfall in summer is watermelon. I could live on it all summer. We had 3 ft. of snow and then some thawed, created ice, then a bunch of blowing snow, and my car is parked out on the highway since I cannot get it or our 4x4 pickup up the driveway. Wind is still blowing like a banshee!!
