Finally staying on track! It's taken a year to get down past 200 but I've found that the longer you can keep yourself accountable the easier it graually becomes to make good food decisons. It also helps that I moved to Wyoming and don't have a supermarket or fast food within 30 miles of me lol
198.6 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
