I know, looks great. 200 to 194. But this is my usual YO-YO. Up and down between 190 and 200. I am so excited that at least it is going in the right direction. If I get under 190 I'm going to pee myself!!!
Goals:
1. No eating Alexs food that she doesn't eat
2. No eating after 6PM
3. No fast food or soda
4. Think only positive self loving thoughts (correct myself when they are negative)
5. Keep up with this site
