Well this was a disappointment. I certainly wasn't looking for a weight gain. Hopefully the next one will be better.

It's okay, just keep on going. Our bodies are weird and decide to hold on to weight for no particular reason, but it can just as easily disappear due to water retention/loss, etc. Hang in there!

There are so many reasons that the scale can show an increase in weight. To be honest, I don't even bother recording an increase unless I stay at that higher number for a reasonable length of time. Most often, it's very temporary and is caused by something silly like water retention, digestive issues or time of the month rather than an actual gain in fat. The overall trend is much more important than the little blips. You're overall loss so far speaks for itself :)
