Hokay so.
I know that it doesn't look like I'm making any progress. But actually after Christmas I was actually at 146 so I've actually lost 3 lbs, I just didn't want to put my weight all the way back up to 146.
I'm going to cut out fruit for a little bit and see where that gets me. I just got some tuna from the store and I plan on having a veggie plate and salmon for dinner. My workout routine is to do karate Mondays and Wednesdays, and then Tuesday, Thursday and Friday practice on my own and possibly on Tuesday and Thursdays go to the gym with friends.
I feel so empowered and it's great. I did cheat and have pizza last night, but it just made me realize that this Paleo thing is not a load of crap. I felt awful afterwards, I had really bad stomach pains and felt like I was going to throw up. It's enough not to make me crave cheese and bread. Now I'm craving fish and veggies. It's effing awesome.
