Brand new start.
I've fallen off the band wagon, but now I think I've really gotten into the swing of things!

Ish ok.
I did really badly this past weekend, from cinnamon raisin bagels to cheese, I even had a scoop of chocolate peanut butter ice cream. And then I had a mint chip shake because hey! it's st. patricks day haha....
Yeah...it was really dumb but luckily my body has forgiven me and I'm back at 140.
Tonight is my Mom's birthday so I have to help with making the cake...not looking forward to that.
And also we'll be ordering in, what I can only assume will be either Chinese (blech) or pizza :(
That's one of the things I miss the most. Pizza. But I'm just going to keep reminding myself that my body doesn't take holidays into account. All it will know is that I've decided to feed it crap. And so it will react with said crap in a way I don't want it to. Insulin spike, break ketosis, etc.
I always remember...sure you can indulge, it's not like anyone will know, because they won't see any change.

Best thing ever!
Had a dream that I ate a whoopie pie as big as my head. It was soooo good. The things I eat in my dreams are always delicious. And of course they would be. Now I don't have to risk having something I usually enjoy taste bad with any of the nasty side effects of eating junk food.

Well I've lost the weight again and a little bit more that I gained during the Superbowl.
Back on track to losing my freshman 10 for my birthday :D
