Another poor week on the diet and the days in the gym. The team in the office have decided its a good idea to bring in biscuits and cake to work and that is a challenge as work stress leads to need for feel good sugar rush. Will focus on building my resistance to temptation as it's good practise as temptation is always somewhere. Poor week and must stay focussed.
189.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
