fat 20.2% = 14.7kg (-1.2kg)
water 52.1% = 37.9kg (+0.4kg)

That makes 7 days at the gym, burning 750 kcals per day. Losing weight, losing fat, gaining some water and no muscle loss. Today I have faith in Tanita scales...
