Blood Sugar 85
OK...a weekend at Wild Goose.
Biggest mistake was eating lunch yesterday a "Swordfish Wrap" at M&Ms and a tomatoe Bisque soup which has milk.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
