Retaining water. The result of this is that my weight trended up slightly this morning. I don't like this. It's frustrating both to see the numbers stand still and to see them go upwards, no matter how slightly, even though I'm sticking to the diet. Water retention is awful.
238.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have the same problem. I was up 2 whole pounds today. Don't let it discourage you. "Tomorrow" is usually a better day with me and the weight will come off.

Thanks! I do worry, though, it's my nature.

I skipped a blood pressure medicine (Cardizem) yesterday. This morning I had lost 3 lbs. I looked up side effects of it, and swelling is one of the side effects.
