Finally, some progress this week. I need to increase my exercise and I think I would have more results.

Hard when the weather is so bad. Between snow and ice, I can't be outside and many times I cannot make it to the gym.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Comments 
Get a set of 10pd weights from Walmart and use them at home. Also do body weight exercises like planks and leg lifts. Do sit ups while sitting on an exercise ball at home, watching a show.
