1421 kcal Fat: 56.14g | Prot: 83.76g | Carb: 139.12g.   Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk, Organic Yogurt, Trail Mix, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, Hearty Crispbread, sun dried tomato and basil seasoned tuna medley, Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets. Dinner: Cream Style Corn, White Rice, Tea (Brewed), Green String Beans, Salisbury Steak with Gravy (Mixture). Snacks/Other: Peanut Butter, Hearty Crispbread, Mayonnaise. more...
