I don't understand how this popped up on here..NOW??!!! That was 6 yrs ago when I was at my highest weight and lowest point mentally. I thought I removed all my old info now that I am starting back on Atkins.. surprise, surprise.. well..I no longer need to lose as much as I did there.. I lost 45 and kept it off the last 6 yrs. Now I'm back to finish losing the rest.. Thank you Erika..hopefully you can say that with a real loss at the end of the week.lolol
