Yessss so pleased, another week and another loss I hope this carries on because I am feeling that for the first time I might actually achieve the weight loss I have wanted for oh so many years.
Also my first day of study went well(which means not looking stupid and actually feeling that I made some valid points. Back again next Monday in the meantime its back to work I go.
Once again many thanks for all the support, I can't tell you what a difference it has made to me staying motivated x
207.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
