Not too sure what happened, but all while I've been sick, I was barely eating anything. So, I'm thinking I must have picked up some water weight from snacking on dill pickles, green olives and sunflower seeds and then downing the water. I also put a new battery in my scale since it was jumping all over the place? Anyway, I'm not discouraged. I am going to stick with my WOE with LCHF and I know the weight will come off. Finally feeling much better after 3 weeks of this crud. Have a good week and do not get discouraged if you have a set back.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry you have been sick and so glad you feel better! I am on day 3 of my Keto plan and I just joined the challenge for Feb. So far I am doing ok, worried a bit about the possible adjustment period. Looking to connect with people who are working this plan too.

Gokona, thank you and I am feeling much better. I haven't tried the Keto way of eating (woe), but I've stuck with LCHF because I know I can lose weight on it. Good luck with your Keto woe and I wish you much success. It is worth it.
