I really got blindsided yesterday with two drinks that I believed to be sugar free and carb free. I didn't read the label before drinking, I had been driving and shopping all day, and I was so thirsty, I found 4 bottles of Lifewater (SoBe). I downed two of them and when I went to record them this morning, that was 15 carbs. They really hit the spot, but I'm curious where those hidden carbs come from. They do not identify anything on the label. In Montana, the winters are very dry. I drove over 2 hours one way to go shopping and then of course another 2-1/2 to get home at night. Driving on ice and snow covered roads with the occasional deer or coyote running across the freeway. Moral of the story, stay hydrated and read the labels. I know better, but my thirst got the best of me.
