the week was going well until that malbec (wine) yesterday
162.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hahaha....this is what I am learning. Last night I was so close to going over my RDA that wine I was tempted with didnt come to pass. But tonight no chance - going to have a glass regardless. If nothing comes out of it, I may learn to get more control over my bad snacking late at night (that includes the glass of wine close to weekends).
