Yay! Finally I am back on the downward slope! I was thinking I may have hit a plateau, but looks like I was just being a little lax when it came to exercise and snacking. Seeing results helps me to focus and aim better at my target! Plus having my husband joining me on fatsecret and eating healthy and exercising has really helped me.
120.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great!! Husbands can really help. Mine finally wants to lose some weight so I think my food choices will be better if we're both eating healthier.
