I eat pretty much the same thing every day, I also drink 96 oz. of water/day. But, I still am having the same problem of putting sugar free candy in my mouth almost nightly and that must be the reason I do not lose weight the way I want to, the way I should be. I don't eat a boat load of candy but enough to keep me from losing the weight I want to lose.
