Check in with the personal trainer showed a 1.2% drop in body fat and the loss of inches, or portions thereof, at all sites measured. I'm walking 30 to 40 minutes 6 days each week in addition to working out with the trainer 3 days a week for 30 minutes and riding the arc trainer for 35 minutes after each session. I'm not down in weight at all this week. A tweak to my nutrition is probably in order...
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
