Down another pound this morning. I did some intermittent fasting yesterday (skipped lunch) so after I had breakfast and went for about an hour long hike with a friend I didn't eat again until dinner. I did drink water and one Kevita probiotic drink. I made sure to finish eating dinner before 7 pm, when insulin resistance starts going up. It was a good day. I feel so much more energized when I am not eating all the time. It wasn't that way when I first started to be sure. I had a hard time falling asleep last night because I had so much energy. Today I'm doing the 3 meal thing-had oatmeal for breakfast, will have a salad for lunch, and then whatever my husband is making for dinner. Probably a spaghetti squash meal since I cooked one up on Monday and it's in the fridge. On Thursday I'm going to experiment with skipping dinner. That one will be tougher because of the ritual associated with having a meal with my husband when he comes home. Have a great "Wodin's Day" every one. Keep on getting it...
