Lost a smidget. This puts me behind for the day. Maybe I will have one of those random days when I lose 2 lbs in one day. I have been laying off the protein to give my kidneys a rest. Passing a kidney stone because of the liver cleanse herbs. I guess they are doing a good job. I need to start walking again in the next few days.
