Didn't do too bad with the long weekends. Still doing the usual workouts and tracking my eating. Trying to hit <160 before summer. That would be some real progress.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
