I'm now on the last day of dieting before I go to my graduation. I am expecting my weight to rise over the weekend but the diet will start again on monday!

So far i'm pleased with this weight, the diet is definitely working.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
