I haven't been doing as well on the challenges as I would have hoped. It seems like after work I am so tired (or lazy... I can't be too sure) that I just want to take a bath and go to sleep. But I know I am just making excuses because my MOM is able to work out after work. SMH! It is the beginning of this week... and I know that I can turn this around.
