It is sooooo hard to start exercising! Though once you start and get that feel good high it is easy to keep a routine. Life is busy though so I know it can be difficult. Pick a day and say today I'm going to do a half hour. A half hour isn't too long and I know you can do it. Once that is out of the way you will feel so much better!!

Hey! I just went back and read your profile you sound like me when I was 21 Only 4.5 years ago. Since then I have went from 200 pounds to 140, quit drinking and smoking. I know now that these are the best years of my life and you too will be able to do it!!

Thanksss. I'm working on quitting smoking right now, its been a week so far. I've cut down dramatically on drinking, definitely. I miss bagels, though. Sigh.
