Eating 5 small meals a day has really fired up my metabolism I guess as I continue to lose pounds after the holidays without really working out a tremendous amount. It's easier for the body to digest smaller meals and it seems to keep the body humming along throughout the day.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think I'm addicted to feeling this way. I can't see ever not counting calories and working out again. I feel 100x better than I did at this time last year and I never want to go back to being that heavy. It was a weight lifted off my body and mind for sure.
