leaving the weight where it is, as I'm not sure what it is today...got up, got dressed and went to urgent care...being treated for the flu...tamiflu and liquid hydrocodone...Oh fun! So, spending the day on the couch with my dogs and football :) my Seahawks won yesterday, rooting for the Packers today, not sure about the next game
