you need to get the motivation back. You even said that it was a margin of error on your part. Plus its usually a little easier to lose at first- then your body gets used to what your doing and you do plateau! So try a new work out routine, keep your body guessing. AND you gotta think- its not all about how much you weigh. How do you feel??? And muscle DOES weigh more than fat so there is also another explanation for a plateau if you have been working out good- then your fat is just being turned into muscle- which is good. Hang in there

You need to take a look at your eating and exercise plan. You may need to re-adjust your caloric intake. As you lose weight, you need less calories in order to keep losing (but not too low). Watch out for too many processed foods (they contain a lot of sodium). You don't have a lot left to lose, so you may need to be strict with your diet. If you don't exercise, start. If you do, switch it up (muscles get used to the same routine). Drink enough water to flush out excess sodium. Exercise is great when you don't have a lot to lose because it helps you lose fat and build muscle, which helps you go down in sizes. Changing things up can help motivate you. Buy some fitness magazine, take a new class, get a new workout outfit. Whatever it takes. Good luck!

Thanks Agape and Suzi for the comments. I appreciate that. I have changed up my exercise routine, do more than before, tried changing diets (more protein, less carb), reduced calorie intake, it seems nothing is helping to reduce weight. At least I havent gained any:) Agape mentioned think about how I feel? I feel great having lost so much. Its my abdomen area that I am not too happy about. I would like to lose the tire in the middle. and thats where I am stuck...no pun intended:)
