I have spent the week battling the 2 lbs I gained over New Year's Eve weekend. Funnily enough I ate all my own food and it was planned plus some extra exercise as we walked in the snow for over an hour on Sunday last week. Still, I managed to have 2 glasses of champagne 2 nights in a row and that seems to do it for me weight wise. Today I finally lost what I had gained plus .2 extra pounds lost. This week will be a challenge since we are going to the movies tomorrow (hello popcorn) and out to eat at a brewery where I've pre-planned to have a glass of wine. I've decided to skip lunch tomorrow since I know I'll have the popcorn and my meal plans are set for the week and grocery shopping is done. Fingers crossed
218.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
