139.0 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

418 kcal Fat: 21.88g | Prot: 10.17g | Carb: 51.35g.   Breakfast: Gloria Jeans Long Black (Regular). Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel), Red Tomatoes, Avocado, Arnott's Vita-Weat, Vinegar, Mixed Salad Greens, Olive Oil. Dinner: Walnuts, Olive Oil, Arnott's Vita-Weat 9 Grains, Green String Beans, Capsicum, Onions, Broccoli. Snacks/Other: Gala Apples, Green Tea. more...

Second day on FMDiet ... wasn't followed exactly on day 1 but today's food list is constructed along the guidelines, although total calories are a bit too high for my own case. Had no trouble yesterday.

Second day. Feel OK. Bit of a headache but could be due other things, as I had a few days of headaches before starting. Drinking plenty of water. Dinner was nice.
