Second day on FMDiet ... wasn't followed exactly on day 1 but today's food list is constructed along the guidelines, although total calories are a bit too high for my own case. Had no trouble yesterday.

Second day. Feel OK. Bit of a headache but could be due other things, as I had a few days of headaches before starting.
Drinking plenty of water. Dinner was nice.
