Day 3 of my pre-op diet, to break this stall...hubby's home sick, so I'm in the kitchen a lot the last day, trying to figure out something for him to eat that doesn't bother him - so far tea and toast, applesauce (homemade, and I want some SO bad lol)...sure hope he starts feeling better
184.1 lb Lost so far: 76.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
