EXERCISE:
-Mostly Desk work while at work, about 1 hour driving per day, added Desk work for home computer time.
-Walked door-to-door to look at houses for work.

FOOD:
-Still maintaining only diet sodas
-Tried soy milk and not acceptable, but I'm okay with skim milk now.
-Thursday night had 10oz Buffalo Steak from Coach&Four
-Had regular lunch at Biker Burger on Friday
-Had regular dinner at Red Lobster on Saturday
