Aside from yesterday I've been doing exceptionally well on my new healthy eating plan. Quite proud actually and sometimes a little bewildered. As for the exercise portion~eh I did go to the gym twice and then i got the flu. I was planning on going today but it's snowing and they told me to take the weekend off at the gym. so. I guess Monday i will take that water aerobics class. Tuesday is the group class that killed me last week . . .still want to though. And as to why i pigged out all day yesterday? stress i guess, a little social anxiety, back to work after being sick for a week, and it was there-right in my face. ugh good thing is it all tasted worse than i thought it was going to.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
