Looks like today will be a slightly higher-carb day. Had a smoothie at Starbucks in the Safeway on the way home. Tonight we will be going to the theatre, and the group we're going with is currently bucking for dinner at a pizzaria, so we'll see what I wind up eating.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
